Start Your Own Podcast — Guided by Me

Have you seen how the world has been lately?

Do you still think your voice isn’t needed?

I invite you to raise it even further.

“You have a podcast, how cool!” I hear sometimes.

To which I reply, “But anyone can have a podcast, it’s easy!”

And it’s true: to start a podcast isn’t that complicated.
To keep it going is the trickier part.

For that, you should have things that are important for you to say, and the internal motivation to stay consistent.

If you’ve reached this page, it’s very likely you’re appalled by what’s happening in the world.

And it’s also likely you have something to say about it.

I’m pretty sure your motivation to speak out doesn’t need any support.

And so this is where I come in: to explain what you need to start your own podcast or a media project that includes a podcast (like mine).

I’ve been podcasting consistently for six years now, and I invite you to join my online workshop (a 1-hour video call) on how to launch your own podcast (which can also be video-based).

Depending on demand, I plan to have several of them, with the first one on May 26, 2026. If you can’t make it then, I will send you a video recording with all the resources, and I can invite you to my next sessions, too.

How will my workshop help you?

  • You will know exactly what you need to do to start (a step-by-step guide),
  • You will know where to find free platforms to do it,
  • Using my own experience of covering anticolonial and antiwar topics, I will give you some advice on how to manage your mindset and keep yourself motivated as you’re creating your project.

In short, you will have the clarity, resources, and encouragement you need to start recording.

Since you might know me from my podcast and videos, you might guess that I do love to deconstruct processes and concepts. In a live call, you will also see that I’m actually fun and relaxed in real life, and I care deeply about how I engage with people 💗

I am aware that there are free resources available out there on how to start a podcast.

What I am offering you is an opportunity to connect, to talk about creating something aimed at social change, and also to support both my work and, more importantly, the people of Lebanon.

How? From every contribution I receive, I will donate 10-25 EUR to disaster relief efforts in Lebanon, as it’s being destroyed by Israel at rates we haven’t seen before 💔 I will either choose one of the international organisations I trust that operate in Lebanon, and will see if my Lebanese friend who I will see in Cairo in May can recommend a more local initiative, too 🙏🏽

The rest I plan to use to upgrade some of the tech tools I currently use and to make my media project more engaging and accessible 🌎

Please register by choosing one of the three options:

1) a contribution of 50 EUR10 EUR goes to 🇱🇧❤️‍🩹
2) a contribution of 75 EUR (if you are able and willing to contribute more) – 15 EUR goes to 🇱🇧❤️‍🩹
3) a contribution of 100 EUR, for which I also offer a one-on-one call with me in the first month after the workshop, to check on your progress 🤘🏾 – 25 EUR goes to 🇱🇧❤️‍🩹

If you have a European bank account or can easily transfer money to such accounts, I invite you to make a transfer directly to my bank by May 15, 2026. Please leave Podcast as a reference and send me a quick email at jposkeviciute[at]gmail.com afterward to make sure I know how to contact you.

I hope you say YES.
I hope you choose to equip yourself with more tools for speaking out or amplifying the voices that have been historically silenced.
I hope you understand that your voice is always more than just about you.

And if this workshop seems like something for someone you might know, please share it with them!

Once again, we need all the informed voices of conscience on board ✊🏽

As fascism is on the rise, colonial violence continues to destroy the Middle East, and our leaders have shown they stand for nothing, I encourage you not to wait for someone to give you permission to speak out.

Don’t wait for some special title to feel your voice matters.

In fact, I have recently filmed a video on exactly this.

Do you think the ones spewing hateful and violent rhetoric think about whether they should share their ideas?

I don’t think they do. I think they feel no shame doing it. So why would YOU feel like your voice wouldn’t matter?
